An overview of the history of the Pincher Creek Echo, originally known as the Rocky Mountain Echo when founded in 1900. As of 2019, the Echo remains the second oldest weekly newspaper in Alberta. An exhibit of the newspaper presses and related media equipment is on exhibit in Kootenai Brown Pioneer Village.
